1. About us
This website is owned and operated by Boxx (hereinafter referred to as “Beerboxx/we/our/us”), a company under Belgian law, with its registered office established at Sneeuwbeslaan 6/32, 2610 Antwerp, and registered under enterprise number 0878.479.510.

2. Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the event that goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
3. How to place an order
You must be of legal drinking age in the country of purchase to place an order with us. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy alcoholic beverages, please see age restrictions.
Although we encourage you to fill your shipping boxes (12 bottles per full shipping box), you may order single bottles or any combination of different bottle sizes as long as the minimum purchase requirement of €25.00 (plus delivery charge) is met. Alternatively you can save money by ordering our Boxx Deals.
When you select a category in the top navigation bar, for example Belgian Beers, all products in that category will be displayed. You may then narrow down the results by using the shop by options on the left hand side. In case you are looking for a specific product, you may perform a search on the entire store by entering a keyword in the search field located near the top navigation bar.
Click on the product you are interested in to show specific information about that product. When you wish to purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time from the top navigation bar. If you are happy with the contents of your cart, you can proceed to checkout and complete your order delivery and payment details.
Your payment will be processed by our Secure Payment Service Provider in a completely secure environment. Your card details are transferred directly to our Secure Payment Service Provider for immediate validation and authorization. No sensitive/credit information is recorded or stored in our database, or viewable by any of our staff, please see our privacy policy. Once we have received authorization from our Payment Service Provider you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed exclude VAT and shipping. You can access VAT and shipping estimates from your shopping cart before you commence the ordering process.
Belgium rate VAT will be applied to all shipments with destinations to the European Union unless you are a non-Belgium VAT registered business. Shipments to individuals and businesses in non-EU countries will not attract VAT.
5. Delivery
a. Delivery time
All orders are sent from Belgium by FedEx. Please allow 6-12 business days delivery. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail giving you details of your delivery. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order on the day of delivery.
Although we will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver your order promptly, we cannot accept any liability for delays outside of our control (e.g. incorrect or incomplete delivery details, courier or postal delays, clearance delays, etc.). In the event of any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement with your next order or a refund.
b. Delivery costs
You can access full and accurate details of delivery costs from your shopping cart before you commence the ordering process.
c. Customs and export
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are paid by Beerboxx and included in your checkout price. You will not be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Should customs refuse your entry we cannot be held responsible, neither can we be held responsible for any additional charges incurred.
There is always a possibility that customs opens your package to check its contents. Although we wish to protect your privacy as much as possible, inspection by customs falls outside our responsibility. In exceptional circumstances the delivery of your order could be delayed by customs checks. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
6. Cancellation and returns
Given the perishable nature of our products and the current hygiene requirements, you cannot cancel your contract once an order has been dispatched. For this reason goods are unable to be returned. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If you wish to cancel your contract when your order has not been dispatched yet, please e-mail us at . We will refund your money within 30 days. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
7. Faulty goods and breakages
Given the perishable nature of our products and the current hygiene requirements, goods are unable to be returned. For any faulty or damaged goods we will offer you the choice of a replacement with your next order or a refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days.

Your goods will be packed with the utmost care. We take every precaution to make sure your order arrives in optimal circumstances. Unfortunately breakages occasionally happen in transit, in this event please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers.
8. Age restrictions
You must be of legal drinking age in the country of purchase to place an order with us. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy alcoholic beverages. If you are buying alcoholic beverages as a gift, both you and the recipient need to be of legal drinking age. If there is any doubt about the age of the purchaser or recipient then our courier may request some form of identification. In the event that this is not satisfied our courier is not permitted to leave the beer.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. While we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Beerboxx. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Beerboxx takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

All copyright, database rights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, banners, images, underlying source code, software and all other material on this website is the sole property of Beerboxx or their applicable licensor. Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission or display of content of this website without the express written permission of Beerboxx) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. If we decide to change or add to these terms, we will post those changes on this page.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed solely by Belgian law and the courts of the legal district of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction.
