Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you select a category in the top navigation bar, for example Belgian Beers, all products in that category will be displayed. You may then narrow down the results by using the shop by options on the left.
Click on the product you are interested in to show specific info about that product. When you wish to purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time from the top navigation bar. If you are happy with the contents of your cart, you can proceed to checkout and complete your order delivery and payment details.
Your payment will be processed by our Secure Payment Service Provider in a completely secure environment. Once we have received authorization from our Payment Service Provider you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Q: Can anyone place an order with Beerboxx?
A: No, you must be of legal drinking age in the country of purchase to place an order with us. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy alcoholic beverages. If you are buying alcoholic beverages as a gift, both you and the recipient need to be of legal drinking age. If there is any doubt about the age of the purchaser or recipient then our courier may request some form of identification. In the event that this is not satisfied our courier is not permitted to leave the beer.
Q: Can I order any amount of bottles and any combination of different bottle sizes?
A: Yes, although we encourage you to fill your shipping boxes (12 bottles per full shipping box), you may order single bottles or any combination of different bottle sizes as long as the minimum purchase requirement of €25.00 (plus delivery charge) is met.

A: Yes, the minimum purchase requirement is €25.00 plus delivery charge.
Q: Can I cancel my order at any time?
A: Given the perishable nature of our products and the current hygiene requirements, you cannot cancel your contract once an order has been dispatched. For this reason goods are unable to be returned. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If you wish to cancel your contract when your order has not been dispatched yet, please e-mail us at . We will refund your money within 30 days. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
Q: How do I use the discount coupon I received?
A: If you have a coupon code you can enter it in your shopping cart just before checkout. By applying the coupon you will immediately receive your discount. Follow us on Twitter or become a fan on Facebook for exclusive coupons or deals.
Q: Do all your prices include VAT?
A: All prices displayed exclude VAT. Shipments to individuals and businesses in non-EU countries will not attract VAT. Belgium rate VAT will be applied to all shipments with destinations to the European Union unless you are a non-Belgium VAT registered business. You can access VAT estimates from your shopping cart before you commence the ordering process.
Q: I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?
A: Yes, your payment will be processed by our Secure Payment Service Provider (PayPal). They offer the flexibility to use your bank account, credit card or debit card.
Q: How does Beerboxx maintain the safety of my personal data when I place an order?
A: We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Your payment will be processed by our Secure Payment Service Provider in a completely secure environment. Your card details are transferred directly to our Secure Payment Service Provider for immediate validation and authorization. No sensitive/credit information is recorded or stored in our database, or viewable by any of our staff.
Q: How long does it generally take for an order to arrive?
A: All orders are sent from Belgium by FedEx or Taxipost. Please allow 4-10 business days delivery. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail giving you details of your delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you will receive an e-mail giving you details of your delivery with a consignment number for you to track your order.
Q: What if I am not available to receive my order on the day of delivery?
A: If you are not available to receive your order on the day of delivery, our courier will leave a card with details for you to arrange a new delivery. In some cases a second and third delivery attempt will automatically be made on the next two consecutive days. You might also be contacted by phone, so please make sure you enter a valid phone number when placing your order.
Q: Where can I access the shipping costs for my order?
A: You can access full and accurate details of shipping costs from your shopping cart before you commence the ordering process.
Q: Why is shipping so steep?
A: Beerboxx makes every effort to give you the best rates for shipping and handling. Unfortunately in some cases shipping costs might seem quite steep. The reason for this is that we actually ship from Belgium and that bottled beer is heavy (no getting around it).
Try ordering at least 12 bottles to get better rates and reduce the per bottle shipping cost by adding more bottles to your order.

A: Beerboxx ships to the US, Europe and many other regions. Click here for a complete list of shipping countries.
Q: What if my order is damaged in transit?
A: Your goods will be packed with the utmost care. We take every precaution to make sure your order arrives in optimal circumstances. In the event of breakages please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement with your next order or a refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. If there is a problem with the goods, please e-mail us at to discuss the matter further.
Q: I live outside the European Union, do I have to pay import duties, taxes and/or customs charges?
A: No, you will not be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Import duties, taxes and/or customs charges are paid by Beerboxx and included in your checkout price.
